school, warm-ness and angels

Hello There! so school! ive finished a hole 5 days, and it has been ok :-/ i mean.. i can find all the classes just fine and i have made friends (Emily and Millie are my best friends!) and my teachers are fine, i havnt got told off or anything! but its just change which is horrible. Getting used to buses and gettig used to being the youngest again :( i get the same thing for lunch everyday, a cheese and ham panini, the lunches are so so much better than the ones at primary school! in geograhy i did an awsome peice of work today...

      Anyway! rant over!! right now i am up in my roomlistening to 'hot like fire- the xx' i love the xx they are so amazing! but my favourite song is angels. by far. it is so relaxing and when i am annoyed and angry i always listen to them and  feel so much better! my mum told me off badly today so i am currently listening to the xx over and over again and watching esh beanie and charlieissocoollike and itswaypastmybedtime and nerimon and kickthepj and pjthekick and jamievstheuniverse... they all make me soo happy! :)
       all last week has been warm! GAGH! be cold already!! PLEASE MR. FROST AND MRS. WIND AND MR. AND MRS. SNOW!!

I didn't sleep in my bed again!

          Hello There!! OMG! i slept in the BBQ lodge last night, it was soo comfy ad warm because we had the fire on! Dad made hot chocolate in a pot over the fire and we toasted marshmallows!! after that we turned off all electricitry so it felt like we was in the woods camping, because we only had a fire, and dad told us one of his 'Jennifer' stories, which his Grandad used to tell him! it was a really good one! ruby fell asleep while he was telling it but i stayed awake to hear the whole thing! :)
          This morning dad made bacon on the fire and it was REALLY nice, i LOVED it! so i take it i won't become a vegetarian! :-D
          It's deffonatly officialy autumn now! i read the autumn-winter next catalog and its nearly school! YAY! And i am soo excited for Hallow'een! it my joint favourite time of the year, along with Christmas! i havnt decided what i am going to be for Hallow'een yet! maybe a ghost or a witch or some one from harry potter! hmm not sure yet!
          Wait a second im just going to make myself a cup-o-tea!! .........waiting.........waiting..........waiting........... DONE!!
           That is a nice tea! ok i think i will go and film my autumn lookbook now! bye bye

apple crumble!!

Ingrediants

1. 5 cooking apples
2. teaspoon of cinnamon
3. 75g of brown sugar
4. 200g of plain flour
5. 200g of hard butter (w/wo salt)
6. 100-200g of oats (it depend how oaty you want it!)
optional
7. cream/ice cream/ natural yoghert

You will also need...

1. A pan of your choice
2. weighing scales
3. mixing bowl
4. baking tray
5. tea ad table spoon

Lets get started!!

          Set the oven to 200 C. Get 5 cooking apples and peel them, take the core out and cut the rest into 6-8 peices. put them in a pan, put them on the stove or whatever you have got, and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on them. and stir a little.
           while you are waiting for that, measure 200g of flour into your mixing bowl along with the brown sugar and and hard butter, mold into breancrums with you (clean) hands. after you have done pour the oats in and fold the mixture.
           when you have finished your apples should be done, the way to check is to get the other end of a spoon or a knife and cut one in half. if it cuts easily then they are done, if not just leave for a few more minutes.
          pour into a baking tray, then get the oaty mixture and pour them on top, covering the apples. to top it all off get a table spoon of brown sugar and a tea spoon of cinnamon and sprinkle it over the LOVELY apple crumble!
          leave in the oven for 25 minutes and ENJOY with your favourite topping or just on its own!! :)

Sleep-over!

           Hello there! Sorry i couldnt post anythng else yesterday, i ended up sleeping roud Eleanor's with 2 other friends, Millie and Alexandra! We went to the park three times and saw people we new everytime! Then we did each others makeup and hair and watched Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askiban, because Millie has never seen Harry Potter. then we went ito the kitchen so we could have some sugar (so we could stay up all night!!) but Beth, Eleanor's Mum, saw up so Eleanor said that we where making teas, but she doesn't even like tea! after that we made ice lollies, mine was elderflower and lemon! this morning we ate them but the where too strong!!! they burnt your toungue!!! hahaha :) in the night i always have to have the end of the duvet but the girls wouldnt let me swap so i had to sleep on the floor with bean bags and pillows ad have a sleeping bag, i fell asleep REALLY quickly!! because they wouldnt talk to me because i moved onto the floor! :P lol!
         After Mum picked me up this morning at 10 am we went to Sainsburys to go food shopping and we got avocadoes (i don't know how to spell it!) so we could make that dip, which i dont know how to spell either, or a really nice salad! im soo excited!! Then we went to B&Q (a home and garden center) so i could get a lock for my locker at school! ahh yay new school!! :):):):)

      Hello there! I AM SOO ANNOYED! it's SUNNY! so i am pretending it's cold by wearing amassive jumper, leggings and slippers!! i mean its.. cold-ish, but there are like, 3 clouds in the sky!! :( i am just sitting here eating chocolate from spain, yum, and wondering whether to be a vegetarian or not!
     im going to my friend Eleanors house in 45 minutes, lots of reinds from secondary school are coming, well i say lots but im not sure how many! anyway, school is in 4 DAYS!!! im soo excited! ive got nearly everything!!
     OH YEAH! my mum and dad got back from spain today!! thats why i have the yummy chocolate, which is nearly finished :( Mum made us pancakes!! i had nutella on mine and it was soo nice!! (oh no ive only got 3 more squares of chocolate left :'( )
     i just had a bath and i have found a awsome new person on youtube! called JamieVsTheUniverse its soo cool!

It's So Nice To Meet You!

          Hello there! I am Ellie Todd, ive got a toutube channel called ellieisanowl yeah, MASSIVE NERD RIGHT HERE!!! lol! I got this idea off eshbeanie (an amazing youtuber, we are internet friends! :P) she is soo awsome and we are basically the same person but we just look different. Like her, I am going to use this as a diary/jounal thingy because i can NEVER keep a real one! I go o my laptop everyday so this will be another thing i will do except for watching/making videos on youtube!
          Right now it is chucking it down and it is clowdy and windy, but i much prefer that compared to the burning sun in spain! I am sick of  that place now! I have been there at least 50 trillion times this year!!! :( Because my Dad works there, my Mum is coming back today but quite late. my Nan seems happy because all I have been doing is randomly screeming ad making her jump or i just wont stop talkig and making myself laugh!
          Today me Ruby, my little sister, and Nan watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1 and 2!! Seriously i am obsessed! Last night I was watching Order Of The Pheonix and my DVD player is one where it just replays the film over and over agai, so i kept on waking up in the night to random parts in it! So in the mornig I woke up at gone 1 pm!!

   Ok i will leave you at that, I need to tidy my room and i am going to sort out my make up draw!!
